Jocelyn Jeffers is an executive vitality strategist, sustainable development consultant, and creative advisor with over fourteen years of experience operating at the intersection of wellness, design, and impactful innovation.

Her portfolio includes collaborations with NASA, NIH, UNESCO, Apple, SoHo House, Fendi Casa, New World Symphony, and Art Basel. Jocelyn has led multidisciplinary teams across product, marketing, architecture, development, and brand strategy, delivering complex visions with precision and artistry.

As founder of a sustainable real estate and fine art consultancy, she has overseen projects from concept through to execution, embedding regenerative principles within design-led frameworks.

At present, Jocelyn works with visionary executives, founders, and firms, particularly in London and across Europe, to help them reconnect with creative flow, intuitive leadership, and sustainable high performance through bespoke coaching and strategic direction. She is currently completing certifications in health coaching and WELL AP to further her work in wellness-integrated environments and leadership.

Her practice is grounded in presence, discernment, and conscious leadership, offering clients a purposeful path towards enduring impact. She is also exploring human-centric approaches to technology, seeking to further the convergence of wellness, creativity, and innovation in ways that feel authentic, considered, and whole.
