Biophilic Design
Biophilic design is an approach to architecture and interior design that incorporates natural elements such as plants, artwork with nature themes or materials like wood or stone into building designs.
Biophilic design focuses on the relationship between people and their environments by incorporating elements of nature into interior spaces. This approach can improve employee performance, satisfaction and health.
In this project, I curated fine art pieces that connected the homeowner with nature by reflecting textural elements of the outer environment and creating an indoor/outdoor design through biophilic art. The biophilic project benefits resulted in creating a home that satisfied visual and wellness demands and marketability for reselling.

Sustainable Development
In this project, my goal was to create an adaptive reuse project utilizing existing structures to develop Miami, Fl first commercial development project incorporating natural elements and sustainability practices. This project incorporated biophilic design elements that created cost-efficient solutions and regenerative features to optimize the project's ROI (return on investment).
The steps taken within the project set the foundation for natural capital within real estate development and the benefit of biophilic principles within commercial spaces. In addition, the project attracted multi-million dollar investments into the area and introduced new elements of environmental consciousness to local communities.
Unesco Gala
This event design was to honor UNESCO's 70th anniversary and highlight the United Nations' 2030 sustainability goals to bring awareness about how nature impacts our lives.
The main objective of this event was to bring awareness about how our food systems affect our health and the natural ecological footprint we all share. This collaboration between biophilic design, science, and artistic expression honored humanity's connection with nature.
This project has increased visibility and improved the outcomes of community-based sustainable food security projects in Miami, FL.
Biophilic Capital
The focus of this project was hotels with sustainability and biophilic programming and design, either new to these initiatives or seeking refinement in their existing programs. The business consulting offer aimed to create a value-add initiative within the hospitality landscape, focusing on serving natural surroundings and conservation. Bringing wellness into that mix created an additional avenue for capital gains.
The cyclic nature of capital from local sources created a model that showed an increased return on investment in offering experiences focused on holistic healing and sustainability at the hotels.
The luxury hotel brands attracted the pitch deck and integrated programming related to sustainable initiatives for guests, building their brand in the process.
