Innovation

Innovation is the final stage within our development process, which considers all previous consulting phases and stages of development to populate a strategy with marketable solutions that create benefits in all areas of your business.

This stage involves strategies to put your business in new profit areas, create cost-efficient benefits and generate revenue by attracting collaborations.

Miami Shipping Yards

I developed the idea for Miami Shipping Yards after going through the process of environmental awareness, creative development, and marketing to create a balanced project so that it could be economically and socially successful.

This project used recycled materials as a structural base with low environmental and cost impacts, creating the foundation for conversations about building in underutilized areas with no concrete land use policies.

Ocho Ríos

The hotel industry has stayed repetitive for years, and at the time of this concept development, there were no interactive or monetizing solutions that merged with nature and back-end systems.

In recent years, more and more companies have begun embracing this model that my business partner and I developed many years ago. This project is the critical innovation behind creating forward-thinking concepts that can put you ahead of your competition.

This hotel concept integrated wellness, local production, and environmental elements to create a hotel brand that not only produced its gin but also provided for the community while respecting nature. This venture started multiple income streams from tours, products, and government incentives.

The project generated much interest from large companies, who still to this day honor the innovation and regret not stepping into an invitation to expand.

Miami River

The executive summary below is for another Miami River project that combined residential and commercial spaces. The design called for innovative ways to create the optimum space on a riverside plot of land while integrating technology with sustainable design elements that would serve as valuable and functional producers—drainage, air purification, and cooling systems.

This project has brought the City of Miami closer to adopting new sustainable building codes that integrate innovative construction methods.

This project directive used inexpensive materials and innovative design techniques to create cost-effective buildings.
